I am thrilled to see this event back! On Saturday, September 25th, the annual Spring Lake Italian Festival will return. The event organizers will close down Morris Avenue from Third to Fourth to turn the street into an Italian village. From Noon-5 pm, you and the entire family can stroll through downtown Spring Lake while enjoying live music, dancing, food, activities, and shopping.

We know all about them. Now, let's make time to enjoy them!

This recent Friday night I had a couple of drinks so Saturday morning I was in need of a hearty breakfast. To be blunt, I was hungover. It happens to the best of us. Now, up and down the Jersey Shore you can find fantastic breakfast & brunch restaurants. Maybe you have a go-to spot? I like to switch it up, I'll travel miles for a breakfast that satisfies my tastebuds.... and hangover.

One of our heroes is heading to the police department in the sky as retired Spring Lake Police Sergeant Steven Blecki has been called home.

A giant whale washed up on the beach earlier today at the Monroe Avenue beach entrance in Spring Lake. You will see in the video, a bunch of people and lifeguards went in the water to try to push the whale back out in the Atlantic Ocean so hopefully, it would swim away back to safety Unfortunately, their attempt on saving the whale was unsuccessful, and the whale later died on the beach...
