St. Patrick's Day is here and that means we focus on all things Irish. But that is what Spring Lake's Irish Centre has been doing for decades.

The Irish Centre is a perfect little store on a perfect little road in a perfect little town. Can you tell I love Spring Lake? I do, and always have. and just when you thought it couldn't get any cuter, you meet Aidan and Moya Rush.

The first thing you notice is their perfect Irish brogue. It doesn't matter what they say or how they say it. Everything that comes out of their mouths sounds like a beautiful song. And their gentle personalities match the tranquility of their voices, and the whole thing is complete.

They call the shop a 'cozy boutique in quaint Spring Lake', and truer words were never spoken. That shop has been around for over 4 decades now, and even though the pandemic brought rough times to them as well as the rest of the local businesses, you'd never know by their positive attitudes.

The couples roots go back to beautiful Galway, and they have been gracing Spring Lake with their presence for the better part of four decades. Their shop has everything from jewelry to china to sweaters and crystal. And they serve everyone from Spring Lake locals to international clients.

They even have a webcam with a view right outside their store overlooking Spring Lake. They are located at 1120 Third Ave.

We just thought today would be a perfect day to shout out Aidan and Moya and celebrate teir awesome local business, The Irish Centre in Spring Lake. We wish them and you the happiest of St. Patrick's day and we hope that by next St. Patty's Day, we're all back to normal.
