A motor vehicle stop leads to a string of charges for Jersey Shore men pulled over on Neptune Boulevard in Neptune.

Ocean Township Police say they found heroin, drug paraphernalia and hypodermic needles in the car and found out Thomas Whartnaby, 31, of Ocean Township and William Galayda, 38, of Jackson also had warrants out on them for credit card fraud, theft by deception and receiving stolen property upon their October 23 arrest.

Whartnaby and Galayda were also found with stolen credit cards used to purchase items throughout Ocean Township.

They were processed and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a first court appearance.
