Purchases on platforms like Craigslist, eBay or Marketplace exchanges are on the rise!

Brick police want to make sure you know that there is a safe place to make these exchanges if you don't want to shell out the extra money for shipping or reveal your home address to potential buyers.

Another common situation is custody exchanges and both parents want to meet at a neutral ground.

There is a Safe Exchange Zone that is behind Town Hall in Brick that is monitored by cameras 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Just for extra detail....this Safe Exchange Zone is located right next to where the ballot drop box is.

There is also a sign (shown in picture above) so you know that you are in the right place.

Listed on the sign are two important phone numbers you should have saved in your phone.

1. In case of an Emergency: 9-1-1

2. In a case of a non-Emergency: (732) 262-1100

Like, tag people and share this post so everyone at the Jersey Shore knows about this safe location to make exchanges.

Happy exchanging!
