Let’s Party! “No Parade, Parade Day” Is This Weekend In Asbury Park, New Jersey
I love seeing Jersey Shore businesses adapting and making the most of the situation we are in. In a time like this, forging ahead is important and you can tell all of us see the light at the end of the pandemic tunnel. There is no denying the excitement and anticipation for the months to come.
As we all know the 2021 Asbury Park St. Patrick's Day Parade is canceled but that isn't stopping one classic Asbury Park spot. Johnny Mac House of Spirits will be hosting "No Parade, Parade Day" this Sunday the 14th. The party starts at 11 a.m. and it's first come first serve, NO RESERVATIONS! Johnny Mac's Facebook page says, "We look forward to Parade Day all year every year! For many of us it was the last “normal” event before Covid changed everything last year and we want to continue to make this day special." There will be bagpipers, DJ Rob Busch, and they will be raffling away goodies. According to Johnny Mac's you will receive a raffle ticket at the door and winners will be picked throughout the day. To participate you must 21+ and be present at the time of the drawing. (KEEP SCROLLING FOR MORE INFORMATION).
As a community, it's a perfect time to continue to support local businesses. The weather is getting nicer and COVID-19 vaccines continue to make a strong push. It's important to note, for Sunday's event all safety guidelines will be strictly enforced. The safety guidelines can be viewed in the Instagram post above.
It wasn't long ago I wrote an article about Johnny Mac's being the best-kept pizza secret at the Jersey Shore. CLICK HERE TO READ. They pride themselves on making sure they offer FREE PIZZA EVERY DAY, ALL DAY. Make sure you get a few slices when celebrating this Sunday!
Have an awesome time at "No Parade, Parade Day". Stay safe and HAVE FUN!
