New Jersey’s Best Fried Chicken is one of the Best in the Entire Country

You can throw this in a food item I cannot live without but I’m very picky when it comes to this.

Many classify it as comfort food.

To me, there must be a combination of crispy and flavorful.  Once you get through the top layer, the chicken needs to be hot and juicy.  If it’s dry, then I’m done with you.

Just the thought of it should make your mouth water.  Seriously, the ultimate comfort food.

Great for any meal.  Lunch, dinner, that hangover meal at 2 am, or 8 am.  It happens.

Now, depending on where you live in the country, each state has its own take on fried chicken.

When I spent some time in the southeast, you had full restaurants dedicated to this stuff.  We’re not talking about fast food chains.  You would go to the restaurants known for their chicken.

Also, if you didn’t find a rotisserie chicken at a barbeque joint, then there is a good chance you can find something fried, and no one has a problem with that.

You also have your popular fast-food fried chicken joints like Pop Eyes and KFC.  Great for that quick fix, of course.  I’m a fan of both.
