I do not have kids. The closest thing I am to a "parent" is that I consider myself to be a pretty darn good dog mom.

Because of this, I don't think I have the right to give an opinion on this next story.

It's a little cringe but here we go.

According to WhatsTrending.com, a brand new mom with the username @danimariemit posted a Tiktok that has not only gone viral, but has also sparked a massive debate amongst parents.

In the video, the Mom asks if she has a right to be upset because her babysitter fell asleep while she was watching their 10-month old son.

She explains the babysitter did not go to sleep until the baby was sleep.

However, the couple installed cameras in the house and noticed their dog was still outside at 9:00 PM.

When Mom texted the babysitter to please let him inside because it is dark, the babysitter didn't budge from the couch. She was FAST asleep.

"Internally, I am starting to freak out because she is watching our son and she is asleep; but he's also asleep," she explains in the video that has garnered over 1.6 million views. "But he's only 10 months and I don't know if she would hear him if he woke up and started crying."

When the parents arrived home at about 9:30 PM, the Mom explains that it took a bit for the babysitter to fully wake up.

Even worse: the baby sound monitor was off and not being used.

So now the Mom is asking the world: Is she overreacting for being upset at this?

The reactions online are pretty split - some say yes, some say no and some say a mixture in-between.
