Charlie Brown Holiday Specials Will Air On TV After All In 2020

I don't know if this is a cruel joke or what but someone is clearly messing with our emotions.

After the world flipped out over the news that the classic Charlie Brown Holiday Specials would not be airing on cable TV, well someone has clearly changed their minds.

At first, representatives revealed that the only place you could watch the Charlie Brown specials was on Apple TV+. That has since changed.

Apple TV+ and PBS have now formed a partnership so that A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and A Charlie Brown Christmas can air on cable television!

A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving will air on PBS and PBS KIDS on November 22nd at 7:30 PM (local time).

A Charlie Brown Christmas will air on PBS and PBS KIDS on December 13th at 7:30 PM (local time).

These specials will still remain available on Apple TV+ commercial free.

A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving will be available on Apple TV+ starting November 18th and A Charlie Brown Christmas will become available on December 4th (but it will be free from Dec. 11th to 13th).

I am so relieved that these two powerhouses were able to come together because the Peanuts holiday specials have been available on cable television for the last 20 years!

So set your DVR because the Peanuts are once again planning to come to your home this holiday season!
