A Week With No Email? I Did It! [POLL]

Would you believe me if I told you I made it a whole week without cheching my email? Well, amazing as it seems, it’s true.

I’m not going to lie to you and say I had no contact with work. I checked my phone and I made seven phone calls to work. I also sent six texts. I also had one meeting, but it was in my town. But let’s forget that for a minute and focus on the accomplishment here. I went a week without seeing an email!

Of course I paid for it this morning when I had to rifle through 214 emails. The first half of my day will be spent apologizing to people for not getting back to them sooner. I probably missed several important messages that were time sensitive and I’ll probably have to now spend days this week doing what would have taken me seconds last week. I also probably missed out on some great jokes ansd hysterical videos, and probably missed some great offers.

Now that I think about it, I should have checked my email.
