Victim ID’d In Fatal Freehold Crash

Law enforcement officials release the identity of a Lakewood woman struck and killed on Route 9 in Freehold Monday night.

Lisa Cole was hit by a 2004 Lexus operated by township resident Jose Gomez near the Brock Farms Garden Center at around 11 o’clock as she walked to work at a local diner. The collision remains under investigation.
