Two separate investigations at two homes lead to two arrests on one Jackson Township street Friday December 15.

Ricardo Cruickshank, 24, was found in possession of 5-ounces of pot, 1.5-of cocaine, a copious amount of Xanax pills and drug paraphernalia.

A 2006 BMW was also seized by detectives for potential forfeiture proceedings.

His neighbor on Westlake Court, Andrew D'Souza, 19, was in possession of about 3-pounds of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

A 2006 Hummer H2 and a 2013 Can Am Spyder were also seized by detectives for potential forfeiture proceedings

Cruickshank is charged with possession of marijuana (over 50 grams), possession with intent to distribute over an ounce of marijuana, possession of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (Xanax), possession of CDS with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was processed and released on summons pending a court appearance.

D'Souza is charged with possession of marijuana (over 50 grams), possession with intent to distribute over an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
