Believe it or not...Thanksgiving is only two weeks away (Wasn't it just Labor Day Weekend a few weeks ago?)

Hopefully, you will be able to spend time with your friends and family despite the COVID-19 pandemic still happening. This has definitely been a crazy year, but hopefully, you will be able ba able to find some sense of normalcy throughout the holiday season.

Back to Thanksgiving...It's one of my favorite holidays (despite the traffic).

It's a great day because for me I can just be where I don't have to do the cooking, but I get to eat lots of food, watch football, and spend time with my family who I don't get to see that often throughout the year.

I love the turkey. The potatoes, the stuffing, and all the appetizers that are served before the main meal.

A site called Zippia created a map of each state's favorite side dish for Thanksgiving.

Here are some results...Texas's favorite side dish is green bean casserole, (In my opinion...Feh!) and Illinois favorite side dish is mashed potatoes.

I honestly have no idea what is going on in Wyoming because they say their favorite Thanksgiving side dish is brown gravy. WHAT??? Brown Gravy?!?! That is NOT a side dish, and dinner rolls aren't a side dish either. You paying attention Oklahoma??

So what about New Jersey? What are the people of the Garden State saying about their favorite Thanksgiving side dish?
