Reopen

At least one movie theater chain in the Capital Region is giving it a go at reopening again.

"Reopen" is now my favorite word! It's a word that gives us hope for a successful future. In recent days, I have written articles about the reopening of a few Jersey Shore favorites including the Columns in Avon-By-The-Sea and the Parker House in Sea Girt. The feedback has been fantastic, thank you for reading my articles and listening to my night show! The goal is to not only keep you informed about Jersey Shore businesses but I also like getting the juices flowing for what seems to be an exciting 2021 Summer. With that, let's make our way into Point Pleasant Beach.

I'll take five "Spring Lakers", please! What's a Spring Laker? It's the signature drink at the Parker House. The drink is made with Red Bull, vodka, and a splash of orange juice. Simple yet very... very effective.

I'll be the first to admit that it's been a tough year without spending time at The Columns. I don't want to be dramatic or anything but It feels like there is a hole in my heart. I miss everything about the "Mansion on the Ocean". Whether it's having a nice meal with family or drunkenly slurping the seafood bisque, I can't wait to step foot once again into the legendary Jersey Shore staple.

I don't need to remind you what this year was like for many Jersey Shore businesses. It's been hard but seeing headlines like this can only make you feel excited about the future.
