By now you've probably seen the video out of Cumberland County of a massive amount of pollen bursting from a tree. It's just one of the signs of a what's been a very impactful allergy season.

It's been a hot summer so far and it's important to stay cool, but don't forget about those who can't always keep themselves cool.  It is important to remember that pets should not be left unattended in cars on hot days.  Just 15 minutes in a hot car could be very dangerous for your beloved pet.

With temperatures expected to be well into the 90's again this weekend, it is important to know where you can seek relief.  Luckily, Ocean and Monmouth Counties have each set up cooling centers for those that do need to seek a cool area.
