Class A North

Colts Neck 8, Freehold Township 7

Junior LSM Thomas Halmi scored a career-high five goals and added one assist to lead the Cougars (4-8, 2-4) to a victory over the Patriots (2-10, 1-6). The Air Force recruit also picked up a team-high 10 ground balls.

Henry Shell scored two goals and two assists and Ethan Sloane scored once to complete the scoring for Colts Neck. Sean Perkinson added two assists and Tyler Ross had a strong day at the face-off X winning 11 of 16 draws. Dan O'Keefe made 14 saves to preserve the one-goal victory.

 

Class A South

Brick Memorial 13, Brick 1

Senior attackman Henry Lindquist delivered three goals and six assists and senior Dylan Rinyak scored five goals to power the Mustangs (9-3, 5-1) past the Dragons (2-9, 1-5) for their sixth straight win.

Senior midfielder Dan Aulisi added three goals and one assist while sophomore midfielder Lucas Stickle and senior defenseman Chase DeVeau had one goal each. Paul Mazzeo made four saves.

Justin Kurc scored the lone goal for Brick.

 

Toms River South 12, Toms River East 10

Seniors Corey Kaiser and Shane Total combined for nine points and senior goalie Jake Hull made 21 saves as the Indians (5-5, 3-3) won a thriller over the rival Raiders (6-4, 3-2) on senior night at Detwiler Stadium.

Kaiser scored a team-high four goals and Toal tallied three goals and two assists. Sophomore Brady Derome added two goals and two assists, junior Cal Varvaez had two goals and one assist, and junior Billy Rutledge scored once. Senior Aidan Vicidomini chipped in with two assists and went 16-for-25 on face-offs.

 

Class B North

No. 1 Rumson-Fair Haven 18, Holmdel 1

Junior attackman/midfielder Cole Cashion sank four goals, junior attackman Quinn Stankovits totaled three goals and one assist, and senior attackman Connor Spagnuola notched a hat trick as the Bulldogs (10-3, 6-0) continued their assault on the division with a dominant win over a good Hornets (8-5, 3-3) squad.

Andy Croddick added two goals and Tommy French had a goal and an assist. Beau Kemler, Zach Iwan, Bryce Devlin, Brody Page, and Philip Passalaqua each scored once. Noah Beacher (8-for-8), Luke Marascio (7-for-7), and Braiden Spagnuola (6-for-7) combined to go 21-for-22 at the face-off X. Will Setteducate (4 saves) and Alex Baret (2 saves) split time in goal.

Junior goalie Andrew Arredondo made 23 saves for Holmdel while senior attackman Evan Cohen scored the Hornets' lone goal.

 

Class B South

No. 3 Wall 19, Lacey 0

Junior attackman John McCurry had an 11-point game with two goals and nine assists and senior midfielder Matt Dollive scored seven goals with two assists as the Crimson Knights (12-1, 5-1) bombarded the Lions (5-7, 1-5) for their 10th straight win.

Sophomore attackman Jack Meyer totaled four goals and two assists and junior middie Connor Moore added three goals and one assist. Junior defenseman Billy Carr scored his first career goal while sophomore middie Will Madden and junior attackman Eugene Haghighi each scored once. Junior LSM Dominick Giglio picked up 10 ground balls to give him 96 on the season. Lucas Seelinger (3 saves) and Aiden Kessler (1 save) split time in goal.

 

Nondivisional

Barnegat 18, Long Branch 2

Senior Aidan Reiser set a program single-game scoring record with eight goals and five assists to power the Bengals (8-4) to a victory over the Green Wave (0-11).

Luke Tortorici added two goals and five assists and Bryan Snowden scored three times. Robert Sawicki scored twice, Kurt Bonin had a goal and an assist, and Alan Nelson and Ethan Garaizar each scored once. Javier Procaccini won 13 of 16 face-offs and Lucas Holland (4 saves) and Travis Wade (2 saves) split time in goal.
