On Thursday, April 21st, 2022, the sale of recreational marijuana officially becomes legal in the state of New Jersey.

There are some rules and regulations on who can buy and how much. CLICK HERE for a quick refresher.

While some may be worried at marijuana's growing presence, I am ecstatic because it has always been here. It's just been kept under the radar more than anyone realized.

So now, New Jersey has the chance to benefit from an entirely untapped market.

My prediction: Recreational sales will only help New Jersey.

Dispensaries are popping up all over the place, the sales tax will bring in revenue and I predict a slew of new businesses will open because of it.

Think about it: there are very few businesses out there that cater to the marijuana fan base.
