$50,000 Powerball Ticket Sold in Browns Mills, NJ

If you commute just outside of Ocean County, you definitely want to check your lottery numbers.

How many times have you bought a lottery ticket out of habit, not really expecting anything to come from it? If you've recently made a stop at a convenience store to grab a Powerball ticket, this time around, your life could be changing.

Per NJ.com, a second prize Powerball lottery ticket, along with 2 third prize tickets were sold in New Jersey.

This may seem confusing at first because it seems like all NJ lottery tickets should have New Jersey winners. But, NJ.com reminds us that these are nationwide Powerball drawings.

There's good news and bad news. The bad news is none of these winning tickets were purchased in Ocean County. The good news is, that one of these tickets was purchased in a neighboring town, so if you commute outside of Ocean County daily, this message could be for you!

First, I'll mention that the $1 million second-prize ticket was sold way up north in Paterson, and the third prize $150,000 ticket was sold in Ridgefield.

This leaves us with the remaining $50,000 third prize ticket. According to NJ.com, this lucky ticket was sold not too far from Ocean County, in the Browns Mills section of Pemberton at Jim's Town Deli on Lakehurst Road.

The winning numbers were 14, 21, 37, 44, and 63 with a Powerball of 1.
