Oh, Deer Me

Deer are plentiful in the wee hours of the morning at the Jersey Shore, so exercise caution. I would know. I had a Mustang vs. deer encounter Thursday morning. Out of absolutely nowhere a deer crashed into the driver's side of my vehicle. Luckily, I'm still able to drive the car, but it needs a lot of ironing. My door doesn't open for now, but it will be fixed. They're out there, they're frisky, they're big, and they're not the brightest of animals. I will never get the picture of that frightened deer face in my driver's side window out of my memory.. Bad Bambi.
