There are food websites, and then there’s one of the most respected food websites in the world, and when they announce who has the best ribs in New Jersey, then every foodie in the state pays attention.

We are entering comfort food season here in the Garden State, and we think most people would consider a beautiful plate of delicious ribs to fall in that category.

It’s a big honor to be named the best anything by any food website, but when one of the biggest foodie organizations on the planet, Food Network, says you have the best ribs in the whole state, that’s a pretty good day.

There are places to get amazing ribs up and down the state, so picking the absolute best must have been a painstaking and quite delicious task.

When all the ribs were eaten and the wet naps were utilized appropriately, one restaurant (with several New Jersey locations) rose to the top of the list.

The experts named the best place in the whole state of New Jersey to get delicious ribs at, and is Local Smoke BBQ. That’s a big honor.

Here’s the great news for all of us. There are almost a half dozen locations we can enjoy throughout the Garden State.
