Nevermind the Groundhog, This Is a True Sign of Spring

Punxatawney Phil?? Groundhog Day? Fuggetaboutit. I spotted this while jogging this morning on the ground in Toms River. As one who hates wintertime, I'm taking this as the first sign of SPRING. After all, we are called BEACH RADIO!!!!!!
