The indictment against Laura Bluestein, 29, also includes charges of weapons possession for an unlawful purpose and evidence tampering connected to the death of Felicia Dormans, 29, according to the office of Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina.

Bluestein has been in the Burlington County Jail since August 7. Her arraignment is scheduled for November 27.

Mount Holly police visited the Mill Street house August 6, after a relative of Bluestein reported the possibility of an assault inside. They found Dormans dead, shot in the face. Bluestein, taken into custody without incident, told police that they were married.

A few days after the arrest, the victim's mother, Christina, speculated that her daughter was being abused and planned to leave Bluestein. She encouraged others in violent relationships to find help "before it gets to a point where somebody loses a life."
