In a proud mom moment, I am humbled that my son gets to be part of such an incredible show.

This is an amazing show sandwiched between holidays, but it's not a holiday show. So what is it? It's a chance for you to grab your parents and grandparents and take them to see one of the best annual shows around.

In addition to getting to see and hear both the stunning 28-Piece Red Bank Jazz Orchestra and the Red Bank Regional Concert Choir, you will also be entertained by Deana Martin (daughter of Dean Martin!) -- along with acclaimed singer/pianist Tony DeSare and a surprise guest that will have you in stitches!

This is the 11th Annual Sinatra Birthday Bash, and it takes place at Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank on Sunday, Dec. 3rd, at 4 pm, produced and directed by world-renowned conductor Joe Muccioli from Red Bank. CLICK HERE for tickets before they sell out! Or you can call 732-842-9000.

And here's the awesome part. All of the proceeds from ticket sales go to the non-profit Jazz Arts Project. Their mission is to keep jazz music alive and share it with you by bringing you inspiring shows, as well as providing scholarship money for students in their Jazz Academy, AND to put instruments into the hands of those in low-income areas who otherwise would never have the opportunity to learn to play an instrument and be in a show.

Select students from the Jazz Arts Academy will perform on stage that evening, including my son Ben on drums. The opportunities that your musician teens will experience through the Jazz Arts Academy are not available anywhere else in our area and on par with anything you would find in NYC. For more info on giving your teen a shot at this kind of opportunity, with a winter session that begins in January, call 732-224-8778 X.125, or contact Liz.Jeressi@TownsquareMedia.com and I will tell you all about it!
