Growing up one of the first things we were taught was you do what your parents say, don't talk back, and if they said "because I say so" that was it! While watching the riots in Baltimore on TV she saw her son among the crowd and took matters into her own hands.

Maybe, if more parents were like this we wouldn't have as many problems as we do. I know if that was me (which it wouldn't be) and that was my mother I wouldn't be able to type this. I'd be in a body cast. We need to go back to the way things use to be but we know that's not happening. If a parent lays a hand on a child today more than likely Social Services will be called in.
