Despite early primary success former South Bend mayor Pete Buttigieg is out of the Democratic race for President on the eve of “Super Tuesday” and despite his big win in South Carolina over the weekend Joe Biden has a big mountain to climb.

Tomorrow more than 1,300 delegates are up for grabs and Bernie Sanders is favored in states like California, Texas, Virginia and Massachusetts which are among the 14 that will hold primary elections.

The high school winter sports season continues to wind down as the State Basketball Tournament gets underway this week and we’re at that point if and when your team losses their next game their season is over.

The world-famous Harlem Globetrotters make their annual visit to the area on Wednesday when they bring their “Pushing the Limits” tour to the RWJBarnabas Health Arena in Toms River.

The Ocean County Chapter of BW NICE is holding a major fundraiser Thursday to benefit Providence House and Catholic Charities.  BW Nice stands for Business Women Networking Involving Charity & Education and is an organization that blends the successful building of women in business with helping others achieve their potential in life and profession.
