Manchester Police have arrested a home health aide who is now being charge withe several offenses including theft for allegedly stealing more than $16,000 from her elderly patients.

Keighla Bloschock, 27, of Manchester is charged with multiple counts of theft, forgery, computer related criminal activity and money laundering following a two-month investigation.

Police said they began their investigation began when one of Bloschock’s elderly patients went to go and pay her mortgage to learn that there was not enough money in her account, just a few dollars overall.

Detective Adam Emmons began an investigation and was able to track a substantial amount of the victim’s stolen funds to multiple bank accounts in Bloschock’s name.

The accounts were seized and a considerable amount of stolen funds were set up to be returned to the victim.

During the initial investigation, Detective Emmons learned of a second victim while combing through bank records.

This victim, also an elderly patient of Bloshchock’s, was contacted and confirmed that thousands of dollars had also been stolen from him.

The money trail ended in an additional account of Bloschock’s which contained a considerable amount of money stolen from the second victim and was also seized.

Bloshchock was stealing personal checks from her elderly patients and making them out to herself.

Police said she also purchased extravagant including jewelry and high-end clothing, as well as trying to pay off thousands of dollars of student loans.

Overall, Bloschock was served with eighteen criminal charges and released pending future court proceedings.
