New Jersey Retailer Offering To Buy Back Their Own Clothes For Gift Cards
You had me at "buy back."
Do you love to shop? Do you love when shopping involves using a gift card and not having to use your own money?
Then you'll love this.
Have you ever heard of Lululemon?
They are a retailer who focuses on athletic and work out gear as well as other accessories. They even just launched their very first shoe line!
Well they just announced a pretty cool program and you will want to know where the closest Jersey Shore location is near you for this.
Here are the Jersey Shore stores:
LuluLemon - 3710 U.S. 9 Unit H108, Freehold Raceway Mall (Floor 1), Freehold
LuluLemon - 555 NJ-35, Shrewsbury
LuluLemon - 80 Ocean Ave N Unit 4b, Long Branch
So now onto the program.
It is called Lululemon Like New.
Here is the basic premise according to NJ.com: Lululemon will buy back their older items for e-gift cards that can be used at any store location or online.
Each item will be bought back for a specific price and some of the numbers are pretty impressive...but more on this in a second...
They will "clean and re-evaluate" items that are returned before attempting to resell them.
Here is what Lululemon has to say about this program on their website:
"We’re keeping more of our gear moving and out of landfills. lululemon Like New, our resale program, is now available across the U.S., lessening our carbon footprint and helping restore a healthy planet. We're reinvesting 100% of Like New profits into our sustainability initiatives, including circular product design, renew and recycle programs, and store environmental programs."
I love this personally love this premise and launching it on honor of Earth Day is perfect.
Now let's see how much Lulu cash you can get for your clothes.
