Jenkinson’s Kite Festival Cancelled Today

After extending the Kite Festival a few extra hours yesterday, Jenkinson's has cancelled today's scheduled day 2 of the event.

Yesterday, we had a great time being out on the beach enjoying what could only be described as a near perfect beach day, and seeing the kites amidst the ocean and palm trees was pretty breathtaking.

There were some amazing kites and awesome people and it was pretty interesting to watch the kite flyers playing the wind speed and direction throughout the early part of the day.

It was fun for people who came out to check out the kites, an an added bonus to an already beautiful day for the guests who just showed up for a great day on the beach and boardwalk.
