Jackson Police are hoping witnesses of a car accident Tuesday evening come forward and help them in their investigation.

It was around 9:00 pm on Tuesday evening when police arrived to the intersection of Jackson Mills Road and North County Line Road to a crash involving a passenger car and a motorcycle.

Police learned through a preliminary investigation that Kathleen Mcquilla, 63, Lakewood entered the intersection in a white 2012 Kia Sportage and then tried making a left turn onto North County Line Road when she struck the motorcade driven by Hal C. Hvisten, 45, of Jackson who suffered multiple injuries as a result and was flown to Jersey Shore University Medical Center.

The crash is under investigation by Officers Joseph Pante and Stephen Cilento of the Jackson Township Police Department Traffic Safety Unit.
