Hey, remember in early March when we were all getting excited for St. Patrick's Day? And then on what seemed like a daily basis, parades and festivities were being postponed and cancelled.

Since most of us didn't get to celebrate, the BlueClaws are bringing St. Patrick's Day to July! On Thursday, July 30th, the gates at FirstEnergy Park will be open for an Irish Heritage Night / Belated St. Patrick's Day event!

Here's a rundown of the activities:

Gates will open at 7pm.

Jersey Shore band The Snakes will play live from 7:15-9:30pm in the BlueClaws Biergarten.

Picnic tables and hightops will be set up according to social distance guidelines along the left field line. The stadium seats will also be open, and the Snakes will be shown on the video board so you can watch them from anywhere in the park.

Irish food like bangers & mash and corned beef sliders will be served along with stadium faves like burgers, hot dogs, and more.

The BlueClaws will also have a "driving range" where fans can hit golf balls onto the field at select targets.

So now that you know all the fun stuff, here are the more serious rules:

  • Fans must wear a mask at all times when roaming the concourse, waiting on line for food/drink, in the restrooms, in the Claws Cove, or any any time when fans cannot be at least six-feet apart from fans apart from their group. Masks are required at all times except when fans are at their own table / seating only with members in their group.
  • The Claws Cove will be open but limited to 15 patrons at any time. Masks must be worn while inside the Claws Cove.
  • Restrooms will operate at a reduced capacity and masks must be worn while in a restroom.
  • Tables and restrooms will be consistently cleaned and sanitized throughout the night.

Each ticket is just $20 and only 450 tickets are available due to current state guidelines concerning outdoor gatherings. Each ticket includes admission to the event, a food package that includes Bangers and Mash, and a merchandise package that includes a BlueClaws cap and lapel pin.

Tickets must be ordered online by clicking HERE.
