It’s Back! This Delectable Italian Restaurant Is Coming To The Freehold Raceway Mall In Freehold, New Jersey
A local eatery we all know and love made it through COVID and is planning to reopen inside the Freehold Raceway Mall and I could not be happier! Get ready to eat...mangia mangia! This is going to be sooooo good.
A local favorite, Brio Italian Grille is looking to hire about a dozen positions to make this relaunch happen. They are not open for business yet because they need the support. They will be located at 3710 Route 9 South and they need prep cooks, bartenders, servers, cooks, hosts, dishwashers and ghost kitchen cook. Soooo, pretty much everything is still needed.
Brio's former owner FoodFirst Global Restaurants had to file for bankruptcy due to the pandemic. They sold their assets to Earl Enterprises, which now owns the chain. Other closed locations that are now getting a new lease on life include Lawrenceville, New Jersey. I'm really happy such a quality restaurant has a second chance. There are three locations in Jersey now, Lawrenceville, Cherry Hill and Marlton with the Freehold location being its fourth.
If you've ever had their bruschetta sampler you need no more convincing (by the way please say it correctly when you order it, it is a hard C not an sh sound, you're welcome).
I wish them good luck and yes, my family and I will be coming to visit as soon as they are up and running. Freehold you will love this I promise! They also do to-go and catering in case you are interested. YUM!
