Sophomore Jason McKelvey scored 14 points and junior Dylan Russell posted 11 points, 13 rebounds and four steals to lead the Raiders to a win over the Crimson Knights in the season finale for Toms River East.

Junior Soren Wilson just missed a double-double as well with nine points and 10 rebounds, while junior Manny Vargas handed out 10 assists in the win.

Senior Chris Mitchell scored a game-high 20 points to lead Wall.

No. 1 Red Bank Catholic 68, Middletown North 50

Sophomore Gioacchino Panzini scored 13 points in a balanced effort that helped the Caseys beat the Lions in the final regular-season tune-up for both teams and just two days after RBC fell to Manasquan in the SCT semifinals.

Senior C.J. Ruoff also poured in 12 points, senior Alex Bauman chipped in 11 and sophomore Colin Cavanaugh contributed nine off the bench for Red Bank Catholic.

Senior Matt Kenny led Middletown North with a game-high 20 points.

Lacey 61, Notre Dame 56

Junior Troy Buxton scored 20 points to go with nine rebounds and the Lions upended the Irish in their season finale.

Junior Dylan Hall added 11 points and five assists while junior Chris Venturoso chipped in 10 for Lacey.

Non-Division

St. Rose 53, Brick 41

Junior Nick DiNatale scored 17 points and classmate Luke Farrell pitched in 14 points to lead the Purple Roses past the Green Dragons.

Middletown South 62, Red Bank 48

Junior Dylan Csik scored 21 points to lead the Eagles to a win over the Bucs. Senior James Mayerhofer scored 11 points and sophomore Will Nugent added 10 for Middletown South.

Toms River North 50, Jackson Liberty 48

Senior Justin Moskowitz led a balanced scoring effort with 13 points and the Mariners pulled out a win over the Lions. Senior A.J. Emnace and sophomore Micah Ford each pitched in nine points for Toms River North.

Senior Phanique Dupree led Jackson Liberty with a game-high 19 points.

Matawan 66, Toms River South 59

Junior Colin Haluska led four Matawan players in double-figure scoring with 22 points and the Huskies outlasted the Indians. Amir Martinez added 17 points and freshman Chauncy Brown (11) and Jayden Elijah (10) each crossed into double-figures as well.

Senior Gavin Migliori led Toms River South with 28 points and also hit eight three-pointers, giving him 60 for the season and establishing a new single-season record at Toms River South.

No. 8 Ranney 67, No. 7 Jackson Memorial 57

Junior Isaac Hester scored 27 points and pulled in six rebounds to pace the Panthers to a top-10 win over the Jaguars. Senior T.J. Braswell-Brown added 16 points and sophomore Drew Buck threw in 10 for Ranney.

Senior Samir Padilla scored 17 of his 23 points in the first half to lead Jackson Memorial and classmate Charlie Meglio pitched in 14 in the loss.

Keyport 75, Jonathan Dayton 49

Senior D.J. Thomson scored 25 points, including a pair of highlight-worthy dunks, to lead the Red Raiders over the Bulldogs. Junior Terrek Mimes added 17 points for Keyport.

No. 9 Manchester 56, Notre Dame 47

Senior Savon Myers scored 25 points and classmate Amari Petty poured in 20 as the Hawks (21-5) beat the Irish to set a new school record for wins in a season.

No. 10 Brick Memorial 59, No. 6 St. John Vianney 49

Junior Josh Michigan scored 18 points and grabbed seven rebounds as the Mustangs bounced back from back-to-back losses by handing the Lancers their third straight loss. Junior Brian Starrett added 13 points and seven assists while senior Luke Braaten posted 12 points and 20 rebounds for Brick Memorial.

Senior Nate Williams led St. John Vianney with 13 points, while junior Joe DeBlasio added 11 points and freshman Aiden Ur chipped in 10 in the loss.

No. 9 Manchester 76, Holmdel 67

Senior Savon Myers led five players Manchester players in double-figure scoring with 27 points as the Hawks matched a single-season school record by beating the Hornets for win No. 20 in 2021-22.

Senior Amari Petty poured in 17 points, senior Jordan Dupont netted 11 and senior D’Maari Brown and junior Evan Weiner each chipped in 10 for Manchester.

Holmdel also had four players reach double-figures, led by sophomore James Vallillo with 20 points. Freshman Evan Romano scored 16 points, sophomore Nick Seeloch poured in 15 and sophomore Ben Kipnis finished with 12 for Holmdel.

Mater Dei Prep 63, Matawan 58

Senior Anthony Tancredi scored 22 points and classmate Gerard Novello added 17 to spark the Seraphs to a win over the Huskies.

Freshman Chauncy Brown scored 19 points and junior Colin Haluska added 13 to lead Matawan.

Colts Neck 70, Lacey 62

Junior Will Surdez pumped in 25 points and classmate Tyler Spencer contributed 16 to lead the Cougars to a win over the Lions.

Junior Chris Venturoso put up 30 points and eight rebounds, which included the 1,000th point of his high-school career. Venturoso started as a freshman at Point Pleasant Beach before transferring to Lacey ahead of his sophomore season in 2020-21.

Toms River South 54, Shore 47

Senior Gavin Migliori scored a game-high 20 points and classmate Bobby Kukfa posted a double-double (10 points, 11 rebounds) as the Indians topped the Blue Devils.

Sophomore Alex George scored 15 points and junior Brett Sweeney added 13 to lead Shore.

Freehold Twp. 72, Donovan Catholic 60

Junior Jayden Holmes-Cotter erupted for a career-high 43 points and 22 rebounds to carry the Patriots to a win over the Griffins.

Senior Kyree Drake led Donovan Catholic with 15 points.

Point Boro 71, Thomas Edison Energysmart Charter 48

Senior Matt Lee scored 12 points and Thomas Turner added 11 as the Panthers coasted to a win with 13 players contributing to the scoring.

Sterling 48, Central 45

Sophomore Miles Chevalier scored 17 points but the Golden Eagles came up three points short in a loss to the Silver Knights.

Monmouth 65, Middletown South 63

Senior Kevin Telesford scored the winning basket in the final seconds and the Falcons beat the Eagles on the road in thrilling fashion.

Junior Ta’haj Wiggins led Monmouth with 16 points, 10 rebounds and five blocks, while senior Aiden Denton poured in 13 points.

Senior Tom Schork scored 19 points and classmate James Mayerhofer added 14 for Middletown South.

Red Bank 54, Wall 42

Senior Brian Tobin scored 14 points and junior Nick Valentino added 13 to help the Bucs fight off the Crimson Knights.

Junior Chris Mitchell led Wall with 17 points.

Howell 71, Mater Dei Prep 57

Senior Joe Dupuis led four Howell players in double-figures with 15 points as the Rebels rolled to a win over the Seraphs. Senior Zach Emery added 14 points, senior Nick Gallo chipped in 13 points and junior Damien Padilla contributed 12 for Howell.

Toms River North 44, Neptune 42

Senior Ryan Baker hit the winning shot with three seconds left and classmate Justin Moskowitz led a balanced scoring attack with 10 points as the Mariners battled past the Scarlet Fliers.

Southern 53, Brick 33

Senior Nick Devane dropped 24 points to go with six rebounds and classmate Jaden Anthony put up 13 points, five rebounds and eight assists as the Rams ran away with a win over the Green Dragons.

Senior Jack Dougard led Brick with 16 points.

Raritan 51, Hamilton West 31

Junior Jack O’Leary and senior Tyzaya Smith each scored 12 points as the Rockets led another well-rounded attack to a win, this time over the Hornets.

Saddle River Day 46, No. 8 Ranney 43

Senior T.J. Braswell-Brown scored 12 points and junior Isaac Hester contributed 10 points, seven rebounds and four assists, but the Panthers lost a one-possession game to Saddle River Day.

Class B South

Lacey 56, Pinelands 51

Junior Chris Venturoso scored 24 points and classmate Troy Buxton added 14 to lead the Lions over the Wildcats in the Class B South finale for both squads.

No. 9 Manchester 51, Southern 32

Senior Savon Myers scored 21 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to help the Hawks bounce back from their SCT loss to Red Bank Catholic by handling the Rams.

Senior Nick Devane led Southern with 12 points.

St. Rose 65, Freehold Twp. 60

Senior Jack Lang scored 24 points on seven three-pointers and senior Colin Westhoven added 16 points to spark the Purple Roses to a win over the Patriots.

Junior Jayden Holmes-Cotter scored 24 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead Freehold Township.

Jackson Liberty 51, Allentown 38 (2OT)

Senior Phanique Dupree scored a career-high 28 points and the Lions tied a school record with their 15th win of the season by outlasting the Redbirds.

Freshman Jayson King finished with nine points for Jackson Liberty, including two three-pointers to open up the second overtime period.

Central 62, Middletown North 49

Senior Justin Soranno scored 19 points to ignite a Golden Eagles win over the Lions. Junior John Truhan added 14 points on four three-pointers and junior Miles Chevalier poured in 11 for Central.

Senior Matt Kenny scored 14 points and junior Zac Searight chipped in 12 to lead Middletown North.

No. 7 Jackson Memorial 59, Colts Neck 35

Senior Steven Bado led a balanced scoring attack with 13 points and junior Keith Adame added 11 to pace the Jaguars in a win over the Cougars.

Junior Will Surdez led Colts Neck with a game-high 14 points.

Point Boro 57, No. 10 Brick Memorial 47

Junior Noah Knauf scored 20 points and classmate Stephen Mellet added 16 to help the Panthers knock off the Mustangs for their first win of the season over a team ranked in the Shore Sports Network Top 10.

Senior Luke Braaten led Brick Memorial with 14 points.

Ocean 50, Barnegat 38

Senior Justin McMahon scored 11 points and senior Cord Birzin and freshman Zayier Dean each added 10 to lead the Spartans top the Bengals. Birzin also grabbed seven rebounds and Dean handed out seven assists.

Junior Shikeith Gordon led Barnegat with a game-high 18 points.

Toms River South 64, Long Branch 52

Junior Maziah Brown-Height led five Toms River South players in double-figures with 17 points and the Indians scored a win over the Green Wave. Senior Colin Raimann added 12 points and five steals, senior Gavin Migliori chipped in 12 points and five assists, and sophomores Jarrod Johnson and Jordan Jones each scored 10 points for Toms River South.

Junior Bruce Gooding led Long Branch with a game-high 25 points.

Red Bank 65, Keyport 62

Junior Nick Valentino scored 26 points and junior Colin Teter pitched in 14 to lead the Bucs to a win over the Red Raiders.

Senior D.J. Thomson led Keyport with 25 points and five assists, while senior George Mitchell chipped in 15 points in the loss.

Junior Isaac Hester scored 26 points and four Ranney players hit double-figure scoring to hold off the Rebels despite missing starters Charles Anyichie and Zack Davis.

Senior T.J. Braswell-Brown poured in 18 points, freshman MeSean Williams chipped in 11 and sophomore Drew Buck scored 10 for Ranney.
