Ben Stiller Led Television Series Films In Holmdel Township, New Jersey
New Jersey is becoming quite the destination for filming first-class television series and movies. This year's break-out hit The Equalizer with Queen Latifah has found a home filming in New Jersey. Last month an M. Night Shyamalan thriller, Servant, filmed in Ocean City. And we know all good things come in threes, so here's another exciting production that just wrapped in the Garden State!

Above is the backdrop to the upcoming Apple TV + series Severance, Bell Works in Holmdel Township, New Jersey. As Bell Works explains the complex, "is the reimagination of the historic former Bell Labs building in Holmdel, N.J. Today, the building is a one-of-a-kind destination for business and culture, complete with a blossoming ecosystem of technology, traditional offices, retail, dining, hospitality, and much more." Construction completed in 1962 and was referred to as "The Biggest Mirror Ever" by Architectural Forum. It's quite the sight, inside and outside. So how does it fit into this series?
The show is set in a workplace called Lumen Industries. The New Jersey Motion Picture & Television Commission says that the fictional company is, "looking to take work-life balance to a new level with a “severance procedure” that separates work and out-of-work memories." I can't wait to see it on my 42-inch TV!
Oh, and the stars, there are many attached to this series. I'll lay out all the info below. Before I do that, I love sharing this great quote from Governor Phil Murphy. "Television production is once again flourishing in New Jersey, and we expect the number of productions that come to our state to shoot is only going to continue to grow."
