You Can Once Again Enjoy Ocean City, NJ Beach Days With Fido
Local summer's not over yet, fam!
The days are definitely getting both cooler and shorter, but there's still plenty of fun in the sun to be had on the beach. Now, the last remaining beach days got even better. You can finally bring your dog!
Ocean City announced this week that dogs are finally allowed back onto the sand from now through April 30th. If you plan on taking your dog to the beach, you're going to want to pick up after it. Don't be leaving any nasty surprises for people to step on. It's not a good look and, even more importantly, it makes you a lazy pet owner.
Your dog will have to be leashed though, so make sure you adhere to that rule so you don't wind up having to pay a hefty fine. Also, it's important to note that your dog still can't go with you onto the Ocean City boardwalk. That's still off-limits.
Still, some of the best fall nights are spent with the pups on the beach watching the sunset, so no doubt, a lot of dog-lovers will be happy to hear the news.
