Nope, this is not a joke. You can now minor in marijuana at Stockton University according to nj.com.

Does anyone else find it rather funny that you can minor in something that is still illegal statewide? Don't get me wrong, I am all for the legalization of weed in the state, mainly for the medical benefits, but it's still considered a crime to be in possession of weed in the state without a medicinal card -- so how can you minor in something like that.

I'm sure that is going to be one great bake sale.

With jokes aside, Fall is right around the corner and 25 students at Stockton will be starting school very soon and students will be filing into classes that revolve around weed.

It gets even better: after the students complete the program, they will be able to intern at "various marijuana-related organizations in the state...".

My hope is the classes will focus on the medicinal benefits of marijuana.

What do you think? Would you minor in marijuana at college?
