What Is the Origin of this Unusual Street Name?

I pass by it often. It's right off of Route 9 near Indian Head in Toms River. It's FRORIEP LANE. I finally opted to share a photo of it today. It has a "covfefe" quality to it. Where did FRORIEP LANE get its unusual name?
