To be honest, I never visited this location in Howell Township, but I should have tried because I like Long John Silver's and Kentucky Fried Chicken.

That's what used to be at this location in Monmouth County, however now it's empty and they are looking for a new tenant to bring new business to the location.

So what was it that caused two well-known eateries to go out of business? Was it a lack of interest in Long John Silver's and Kentucky Fried Chicken or was it the Coronavirus Pandemic or a combination of the two? It is a very visible location with lots of traffic, so what caused this location to go dark here in Monmouth County?

Now the question will be what can take the place of these two eateries at this location? Will it have to be a restaurant or could any business move into this location? Seems like prime real estate along Route 9 to just sit idol.
