On December 19, 2018, following an investigation that spanned several months, the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Strike Force along members of several other law enforcement agencies in Ocean County, executed search warrants at three residences in Toms River and Lakewood.

Law enforcement officers then found the evidence by locating approximately 250 wax folds of Heroin, as well as additional quantities of Cocaine and Marijuana.

The evidence indicated that Nelson possessed these illegal narcotics for distribution purposes and he was then arrested and charged for the crimes.
