Toms River driver accused of assaulting Manchester cop
A police traffic stop in Manchester leads to incarceration for a Toms River driver, charged with attacking the officer.
Robert J. Frandano, 44, was charged following the August 18 incident on Route 571, according to a Patch brief that were replicated on the Ocean County Prosecutor's Facebook page.
Frandano reportedly is charged with assault on an officer, resisting arrest, obstruction, six motor vehicle violations and non-support.
He was placed in the Ocean County Jail, with bail set at $30,000.
