Three Atlantic County men allegedly responsible for a car burglary in Stafford Township in the early Thursday morning hours have been arrested and charged.

Shawn G. Hutchinson, 26, of Galloway Township drove the green Honda CRV with passengers Michael Perrottet, 27, and Ralph E. Davis, 19, both of Atlantic City and had been spotted by a witness around 2:30 am near Autumn Oak Lane committing the act.

They were arrested following a traffic stop by Stafford Township Police near Nautilus Drive and Route 72 and presently face a number of charges each for the incident.

Hutchinson is being charged with burglary, theft and conspiracy to commit burglary in addition to getting a summons for driving while under suspension, failing to stop or yield and use a turn signal, according to police.

Davis, who was one of the passengers, now faces charges for resisting arrest, burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary and theft.

Perrottet, is facing charges for having possession of under 50 grams of marijuana in addition to citations for burglary, theft and conspiracy to commit burglary.

All three men have been released pending a future court date.
