The Simpsons Anniversary

Doh!!! The Simpsons made its debut on the Fox Network this day in 1987, exactly 30 years ago today. It was a segment of The Tracey Ullman Show, and was eventually spun off into a series. Initially, the crew had difficulty meeting the animation/production deadline, but digital technology made their job easier. Three decades and 650 plus episodes later, the animated series shows no signs of stopping.
