We asked you yesterday to see if you could name a Jersey Shore 'company' with just a few historic clues. It's time to find out if you got it right.

Before we get to the answer, let's recap the clues we gave you yesterday in case you missed it, or just want to review what you read yesterday...

A February 6,1922 meeting attended by 24 town residents at Sidney Van Dyke's house got the whole thing started.

The famous building associated with this company has been in it's current location since 1927.

This company has been in the life saving business for 97 years.

We also told you it was in Monmouth County, it was incorporated in 1922 and that community service is a big part of it, and we also kept putting the word company in quotes.

The reason company is in quotes is because we're not talking about a Fortune 500 company or an upstart company, we're actually talking about a fire company, as in first responders.

If you are on top of your Jersey Shore history. or you live in this town, or knows someone who serves there, you may have been able to put all those clues together and come up with the correct answer.

Cingratulations to you if you were able to decipher from those clues that we were talking about the Wanamassa Fire Company! If you want to learn more about them and their history, just visit their website.

There are many brave first responders in Monmouth & Ocean Counties who are there for us each day, and we salute all of you. And a special salute today to the Wanamassa Fire Company!
