Teresa Guidice put her pad on the market back in 2020, but it has yet to be sold despite some pretty extreme price cuts.

Teresa Giudice has re-listed her nearly 10,000 square foot mansion in the Towaco section of Montville.

It was built in 2008 and put up for sale all the way back in 2020. $2.5 million was the price tag.

After there weren't any takers, the property was brought down to $2.248 million in January of last year.

There are reports that there was a buyer, but after being in escrow for nine months, the deal fell through.

Now Casa Giudice is down to a $1.999 million asking price.

Why is this such a hard sell? The home is beautiful.

It features a “Cinderella staircase,” soaring ceilings, wood-burning fireplace, gourmet kitchen with a large granite island, high-end appliances, and a butler’s pantry that leads to a private wine cellar.

It's a seller's market, so maybe Teresa will have more luck this time around. $1.99 million is a decent price for this property in this neighborhood.
