
Tent City Dweller Injured By Car
A Tent City dweller in Lakewood suffered minor leg injuries after he was hit by a car near the encampment. Police say 34-year-old Joel Decruz was walking along a trail near South Clover Street and Cedar Bridge Avenue Saturday night when it happened. Police say the driver got away and the search continues for the 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier.

This is the second weekend incident at Tent City. Last weekend a resident was killed in an accidental fire.
