The same Sussex County facility fined after a grim April 2020 discovery is dealing with a large, active COVID outbreak, as the nursing home staff are barely boosted against the virus.
The storm is responsible for dropping nearly 8-10 inches of rain across Central and North Jersey, three confirmed tornadoes and 23 reported deaths, according to New Jersey 101.5 Chief Meteorologist Dan Zarrow.
No other major events scheduled between now and into October have been canceled in New Jersey because of the increase of COVID-19 cases resulting from the Delta variant.
