Oh sleep, how much we love it and need it. There are such things however as sleeping too little or too much and a couple sleep conditions you need to be aware of so you're fully energized every morning.
I've put this off as long as I could, but I can't anymore: I'm miserable. I'm getting crankier and crankier. I wake up every morning thinking 'what am I going to do, I can't go on like this'. The only way I'm going to be happy and satisfied is (and as much as I really don't want to I have to) I can't put it off any longer: I need to start 'sleeping around'!
In this day and age, it is not unusual for people to burn the candle at both ends. Whether it is staying late at the office, running children back and forth to their activities or signing onto the computer late at night to work from home, it is becoming less commonplace for couples to turn in for the night at the same time.
Like so many others I suffer from Insomnia. Insomnia so bad that even when I take my Ambien, I wake up in the middle of the night. I have not fallen sleep on my own for 9 years now, but I'm not here to talk about my insomnia.
Everyone can agree getting a good night's sleep is important, but few people are actually getting the rest that's needed in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
