A Paterson man and his girlfriend have been charged in connection with the homicide of the man's 4-year-old daughter, according to Passaic County prosecutors.
Passaic County prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes said that Luis Velez, 58, arrived at the building on Sunday, Sept. 8, 2024 around 2:30 p.m. Surveillance video showed him touching the fire alarm box with his hand until the alarm went off.
Edward M. O’Hagan of Passaic County NJ previously pleaded guilty to one count of transportation of child porn and one count of possession of child porn.
