A steakhouse owner in New Jersey has been forced to pay up tens of thousands of dollars in back wages, damages and penalties.

On the way to a faster computer system — there were some errors, surrounding those $300 federal supplements, officials said.

New Jersey is processing the Lost Wage Assistance through FEMA, of $300 a week for up to 6 weeks. The money will arrive in a lump sum in October.
