A Lindenwold man is facing a first-degree murder charge after police say a man he allegedly struck with a club-like weapon in June died from his injuries two months later.
Camden police say Anarkis Delgado, 28, allegedly shot and killed his brother Raymond Delgado, 29, Saturday morning. He surrendered to police and now faces first-degree murder charges.
