Stop & Shop Has Shopping Hours Just For Seniors

All Stop & Shop locations are adjusting their hours and are going to have shopping hours available to only seniors.

According to app.com all Stop & Shop  locations are cutting their hours, but they are opening early (starting Thursday March 19th)  so only those shoppers 60 or older can get their shopping done in a less crowded environment.

Stop & Shop's new hours are as follows:

Store hours for the general public...7:30am to 8:00pm

Store hours for only customers 60 and over...6:00am to 7:30am (starting Thursday, March 19th).

There are also additional wipe downs and disinfecting taking place, including all check out areas.

For the 60+ hours, Stop & Shop is not requiring ID checks, but says it reserves the right to  ask shoppers not in the age group to leave the store during the special hours.
