Shoplifter Jailed For Making Terroristic Threats

A Toms River man remains in the Ocean County Jail accused of trying to steal two bottles of cologne from  a store at the Ocean County Mall.

Police say 32-year-old Damien Allen was in the Sears store Saturday night when he was stopped by loss prevention officers. Allen’s also charged with making terroristic threats. Bail is set at $50,000.
